Becoming a customer.
How soon will I hear back after my request?
During opening hours, Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5 pm, we call you within the hour for a short intake call, in which we agree on your delivery day, delivery cost and any minimum order amount. If you apply outside opening hours, you will hear from us on the next working day.
What do I need to become a customer?
As a business: your business name and company number. As a private customer: your name. In both cases a phone number and your town.
Can I become a customer as a private individual?
Yes. As a private customer you buy online through the webshop or on site at our warehouse at Kielsbroek 4 box 29 in Antwerp. Please note that many products are sold in bulk packs.
What happens to my data?
We only use it to create your account and contact you. You can read more in our privacy statement.
